Br. Ryan Professes Temporary Vows
On the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of Mary, Br. Ryan Tidball professed temporory vows at the hands of his provincial, Fr. Charles Polifka. Promising to live a life of poverty, chastity, and obedience for the next three years, Br. Ryan now joins the ranks of student friars living at St. Francis Friary in Denver, CO.
After a visit with his family, Brother will return to Denver and begin his post-novitiate year under the guidance of Fr. Gene Emrisek. During this period of ongoing initial formation, Ryan will deepen his understanding of the Capuchin charism, putting into practical application the spiritual wisdom learned during his novitiate. In addition, Brother will begin studying Spanish and will spend a three week period this summer in a cross-cultural experience will Fr. Bill Kraus and the novices in Tres Ojitos, Mexico.
