Capuchin priests, Fr. John Toepfer and Fr. Job Arakkamparambil Varghese, were recently featured in the Colorado Springs Gazette. The article highlighted their recent visit to St. Peter Catholic School in Monument. As a part of their visit, the friars prayed with the children and spoke to them about St. Francis of Assisi and the vocation to the religious life. Following the presentation, the friars answered questions about what it is like to live as a Capuchin Franciscan in contemporary society. Fr. John is currently the pastor at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish in Colorado Springs, CO. Fr. Job Arakkamparambil Varghese recently arrived from his home province in India to minister and study in the Province of St. Conrad.
