Father Joseph Mary Elder celebrated a “Mass of Thanksgiving” in his home parish of St. Peter’s in Kirkwood, MO on Sunday, June 24. Stephanie Pedersen, Director of Development, and Rose Lane, Volunteer were there. Fr. Joseph Mary's Mass of Thanksgiving was a wonderful experience! It was my first time to hear him preach. Fr. Joseph Mary offered a challenging reflection on John the Baptist and an invitation to mirror him. Ironically, Bruce and Cheryl Elder were ceremoniously handed the vocation chalice for the week.
